Whilst we hope you find the IP Product experience pleasing we understand that things can somtimes go wrong. We have set out below our returns policy which is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and is part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. | RMA |
| All returned goods must be authorised and a RMA (Returns Materials Authorisation) form included with the returned product. Goods will be rejected without a valid IP Products Limited RMA number clearly marked on the postage packaging. |
| How to obtain a RMA |
To obtain an Authorised Returns Number complete the online RMA form and submit. Once processed we will email you a RMA, The Authorised Returns Number, which must be displayed prominently on the outside of the parcel. Without it, no goods can be accepted. You will be asked for: |

| Returning Unwanted Items |
If you have changed your mind about the goods ordered and wish to return them, then you can do so provided you request your RMA within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in 'as new' condition when returned. 'As new' means the Goods have not been used, are returned in the same condition as originally delivered, are in fully saleable condition, with all software and product seals intact and the packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged. Once the goods have been received at ipproducts.co.uk we will issue a full product refund to the original payment method. Carriage costs for despatch and returning the goods are your responsibility. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. |
Goods ordered in error |
Provided you notify IP Products Limited within three working days of receipt, we may accept the return of goods ordered in error. When this is agreed, all items must be returned as new complete with all packaging and instructions. If they can be exchanged for the correct products there will be no charge. If they cannot, a handling charge of £25 ex VAT or %10 of order value ex VAT, whichever is the greater, will be made. Should returns not be 'as new', with complete packaging and instructions, they will be sent back to the customer and a handling charge may be applied. | DAMAGED IN TRANSIT |
| You must notify IP Products of any items damaged in transit within 1 day of delivery. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this period. click here for RMA (see above) please explaining the problem and the nature of the damage. We will then process the RMA and arrange to refund or replace as you wish. Please ensure that when the item is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging, you sign the delivery note accordingly. It is always advisable to sign as received damaged/opened with a brief explanation than to make any other comment. Where there are signs of transit damage showing on the packaging you should inspect the goods before signing the drivers manifest and if damage is present on the products refuse delivery tell the delivery agent about the damage and contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. |
| Faulty products in the first 30 days |
First contact the manufacturer (there are links from our support page), to obtain a case reference number. Then log into 'return form' to raise a RMA, giving us a description of the fault, together with the manufacturer case reference number. Customers are advised to consider the terms of the product warranties and their implications before placing an order and it is their responsibility to be aware of them.
